Providing references is required. I accept them in a variety of formats but this is my preference (not necessary to follow, but greatly appreciated)

A gallery of images of your character (such as a google drive folder, a toyhouse gallery, sta.sh, etc..)​

Pose references, be it pictures, illustrations or even crude sketches (I promise it doesn't matter how crude it is)

Tell me a little about what you have in mind, be it the general vibe or a bit about your character.

The timeline in which your commission will be completed depends on my current queue/workload.

Commissions will be worked in chronological order except for when a rush fee is paid, in which I will focus on the timeline given to me.

NSFW (nudity/suggestive themes are ok, if unsure feel free to ask)​

It is within my rights to refuse commissions I am not comfortable with.
payment

All commissions must be paid for in full upfront.

Payment must be carried out through PayPal.

I only accept payments in USD.

Excessive/great changes past the sketch stage might require an extra charge.

Additional fees can apply to highly complicated/detailed commissions.

Backgrounds may entail additional fees. I usually stray from very complicated backgrounds.

In the occasion I'm not able to complete the commission, I can cancel the commission and refund the money.

Outside of the above circumstance, there are NO REFUNDS once the payment is completed.

If you file a malicious chargeback I reserve the right to take action to protect myself and warn others, including but not limited to taking the issue with PayPal.
rights

As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork, meaning I may use the artwork in the following ways:

Promote commissions, post, publish and/or display the artwork however I see fit, etc. If you are uncomfortable with me publishing the artwork publicly please let me know. ​

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed and agreed. If you would like to discuss commercial use of artwork please let me know.

As the commissioner, you are allowed to:

Use copyrighted artwork for personal uses only unless agreed otherwise.​

Print, display or post the artwork with credit.

The following constitutes Copyright Infringement:

Reproducing/Using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes (making money out of it in any way).
-
altering or editing the artwork without my consent. (editing meaning changing the drawing, such as drawing over it.)
